Refund Policy

If Materials+ isn't for you, email support@openpainter.dev within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days if you have not downloaded any packs during the new period. Yearly plans canceled later are prorated at our discretion.

Canceling stops future charges immediately; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
