Terms of Service

These terms cover the openpainter.dev website, the Materials+ subscription, and the Open Painter Connect extension (together, the "Platform"). The Open Painter extension itself is licensed separately under the GNU GPL v3 or later and is not subject to these terms.

Accounts

You need an account to subscribe and to connect Blender. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may revoke connected devices at any time.

Materials+

Materials+ is a subscription that grants access to packs in the Materials+ catalog while it is active. Packs are licensed, not sold, under the Materials+ License. Files you installed remain on your computer after cancellation, but downloads and updates require an active subscription.

Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or device tokens, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not redistribute Materials+ packs or extract their assets for resale as standalone textures.
• Do not abuse the service (automated bulk downloading, scraping, or attacks).

Changes and termination

We may update the Platform and these terms; material changes are announced in advance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting support.

Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
