Includes salt and marine corrosion, pits, acid etching, sandblasting, dirt, oil, soot, mud, frost, rain and mineral staining, workshop grime, rebar, diamond plate steel and aluminum, corrugation, perforated sheet, expanded mesh, chain link, rivets, bolts, grinding marks, heat-tinted welds and torch cuts.

Each material includes eight 2K PBR maps: Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, Height, AO, Emission and Opacity, plus separate condition mask, normal and height maps. Native smart layers change these properties together with editable coverage, color, finish roughness, surface relief, pattern scale, exposed edges, recess deposits and dust/runoff controls.

Bake Normal, AO, Curvature and World Normal before applying. Oil-Stained Steel, Rain-Streaked Metal and Mineral-Stained Metal also require Position. Normal relief drives edge wear and cavity deposition through native anchors; rebakes update the destination-normal binding automatically. Frost and mud respond to orientation, deposits collect in recesses, and runoff follows baked object-space position.

Install with Open Painter Connect and find the materials in the Smart Materials library. Requires Open Painter 0.12.3 or later. This pack is downloaded separately and is not included with the free add-on.

Perforated, expanded-mesh and chain-link materials include real alpha cutouts for thin surfaces. The other structural patterns use normal/height relief; use suitable geometry or displacement for thickness and close silhouette views. Rebar is intended for a cylindrical mesh. All materials are non-emissive. Imagegen source detail is resampled to 2K, with authored PBR values and precision industrial patterns; these are not measured scans.
